 New To District

It is the policy of the Bronaugh R-VII School District not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, or disability in its programs or employment practices as required by Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) established the State Performance Plan (SPP) which is a series of special education “indicators” designed to measure state and local education agency (LEA) results for students with disabilities. The Office of Special Education is engaging with Missouri stakeholders to set annual targets or goals for these indicators and gather feedback on improvement strategies. Short videos describing the indicators and feedback surveys are available at https://dese.mo.gov/spp-apr-stakeholder-information. More indicators will be added over the coming months.

Please be part of this process by providing feedback via the surveys
